Reflective head strap good for horseback riders!
I use this strap on my helmet when I ride my horse up the road. I am hoping this makes me more noticeable to drivers! It fits my riding helmet well.

Does the job
What I got is just like the picture. Quality seems pretty good; haven't used it long yet. Note that the "hook and loop attachment" on the 9041A does NOT mean that the length is adjustable, like on the arm/leg bands. It means that there's two adhesive-backed squares which you stick to your hardhat, and then the strap attaches to them when you want to put it on.
